The Learn-to-Dive Program

Divers are given progress reports at the end of their sessions to track their progress. Our learn-to-dive programs run once a week for 1 hour. The learn-to-dive program runs for 10 weeks.

The Competitive Program
The competitive programs enhance the fundamentals learned during the learn-to-dive program to produce certain requirements for competition. The competitive program runs two to three nights a week with complex dry land, strengthening exercises and board work. There are different age groups and levels for those entering into competition.
The SDC Snowball Tournament
We encourage many divers to participate in this competition. The Snowball is a level I, II, III competition. Clubs from all over Ontario join us for a weekend of fun.
