Competitive Info
Detailed Competitive program information and list of annual meets.
The Competitive Program
The competitive programs enhance the fundamentals learned during the learn-to-dive program to produce certain requirements for competition. The competitive program runs two to three nights a week with complex dry land, strengthening exercises and board work. There are different age groups and levels for those entering into competition. The Head Coach will determine which level is appropriate for every diver. The diver and Head Coach will develop a progress plan to set realistic goals to acquire and improve the necessary dives required for that level. The competitive program allows for divers to travel within Ontario and Canada over the year for a variety of competitions. The competitive program fosters team spirit along with ongoing self focus and motivation. We wish all of our competitive divers' good luck during the upcoming season.
